There are many video games that are set in dystopias in one form or another, and the video game Mind scanners is one of them. Mind scanners is a retro-futuristic psychiatry simulation game, where players assume the eponymous role of interviewing, diagnosing, and treating the citizens of the sci-fi metropolis called The Structure.
Mind scanners was developed by game studio The Outer Zone and published by Brave At Night, and the game was released last May. The game’s arcade style allows players to scan minds, see their perspectives, and use various sci-fi devices to help analyze and process them. Mind scanners was originally released for the PC and is available on Steam for gamers to purchase and play, where the game has a “very positive” rating from reviews. A new announcement reveals that the game will soon be heading to Xbox.
A recent tweet from the Brave At Night publisher’s official Twitter account revealed that Mind scanners will be available on Xbox Game Pass and Nintendo Switch on Tuesday, November 30. The publisher also thanked indie game developer Ant Workshop in the post, saying that with the help of the developer Mind scanners “will also thrive on consoles.” Players can currently purchase the game on Steam and GOG for PC.
Mind scanners is one of many video games that will be available to Xbox gamers next week on Xbox Game Pass, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Xbox recently published an article that reveals a list of video games that players can get their hands on next week. The list includes games that will be released on November 30, such as Evil Genius 2: World Domination Deluxe Edition, MXGP 2021and Oddworld: Soulstorm Enhanced Edition.

According to the post, many games have been optimized for the Xbox Series X/S and will have Xbox Smart Delivery functionality. It says players can find more details about the games by selecting their profiles on the post, where they can find pre-order details for the games. However, it also indicates that release dates may be subject to change, so players will need to keep an eye out for all the games on the list that they can’t wait to play next week.
Mind scanners is out now on PC and is set to release on Xbox Game Pass and Nintendo Switch on November 30.
