Call Of Duty games have started appearing on Game Pass

The future of Call of Duty was a bit up in the air.

Ever since Microsoft announced its intention to buy Activision Blizzard, along with all the games under their wing, there’s been a lot of talk about where these franchises should go.

Call of Duty is understandably at the forefront of this conversation, as it’s one of the biggest gaming franchises around – and while it’s been confirmed that, at least for the next few years, the game won’t be exclusive to Xbox , fans have wondered if some of the series’ legacy titles might still be coming to Game Pass.

Well, it seems that this question has finally been answered.

Call Of Duty games have been suggested to come to Game Pass

Although they have not yet arrived directly on the service, a huge hint that Call of Duty is coming to Game Pass was discovered on the Xbox store.

As first announced by ModernWarzone, some Call of Duty games have appeared on the Xbox Store page for Game Pass games on sale, which doesn’t directly confirm their arrival on the pass, but it’s a big clue. The Bethesda games that went to Game Pass appeared here before it was officially announced that they were coming to the Pass, so there’s a very real possibility that those games could follow suit.

Even better, it’s not just the classics that appear – the section is headlined by Black Ops Cold Warand is joined by Modern Warfare Remastered and 2019 modern warfare. Who still knows if Avant-garde will join them – but if so, it means that each Call of Duty the game available on Xbox would likely make its way to Game Pass.

When will Call Of Duty come to Game Pass?

Activision

We still don’t know when we can expect an announcement from Call of Dutyhas arrived on Game Pass, but this appearance on the Xbox store is a hint that it could be soon. We would expect a huge Bombshell announcement for their arrival, as they’ll likely come alongside a slew of other Activision Blizzard titles, but we’ll just have to wait and see how big the drop really will be.

That’s big and could be another massive draw for the already hugely popular Game Pass. Call of DutyThe arrival of Game Pass may well make Game Pass the ultimate gaming subscription, destroying the newly revamped PS Plus before it can even roll out of the pits.
